Penthouse SeaWatch Ocean Front

We vacation every summer at Seawatch. By far, hands down this was the best stay we have had. This is at the hands of the owners Kelly and Ken at Seawatch Penthouse 8. From the moment I spoke with Kelly she was awesome. She was personable, honest and really cared about our stay in many ways. Upon arrival all info was given to us as to how to navigate our entry and how to take care of the home for the 11 days we were there. During our stay we ran into one problem. The stove decided to die. I messaged Kelly and talk about fast service in fixing the issue. Her husband Ken came the next day with a brand new one. This really shows character. They don’t live around the corner either; several hours away. Thank you Kelly and Ken for executing a plan to get a new one very promptly. It was nice because we actually got to meet Ken in person. Also lovely person. We were very appreciative. We have three boys and anyone with kids would understand… they move everything around. We packed my 3 year olds paw patrol pillow and what did he do. Took it out and hid it in our bed. We realized about mid drive back to CT that we didn’t have it. Very sad! Again, I reached out to Kelly and fortunately they were due to come down the weekend we were leaving and she so kindly mailed the pillow back to us. I wish I could add a picture of his face here to show you how happy he was to get it back! The setup of the unit is wonderful. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. My favorite.. the blue keurig! My sons favorite the Roku tvs in all Rooms. The showers were glorious and the beds were fabulous. So much space compared to other 3 bedrooms we’ve stayed in. The decor and design is beautiful. Sea watch is just a fantastic place to stay. This year will be in the memory banks for years to come and this is because Kelly and Ken were great hosts. So much that we’ve already booked next August’s vacation with them again! I’ve never been so sad to leave a place before!! I miss drinking my coffee with the great view every morning. August 2027 can’t come soon enough. Thank you Kelly and Ken for a fantastic stay in your gorgeous property.

Our stay at the Penthouse Seawatch ocean Front 3 bedroom condo, was fabulous. It was very clean and updated. Very spacious, with amazing views. Beautiful coastal decor, the kitchen was well equiped. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Beach access for morning walks. We have our next stay already booked. Kelly and Ken were great hosts and easy to get ahold of for questions.

Condo is beautiful. Everything you could hope for and more. Great location. Incredible views from the balconies. Ken and Kelly are wonderful. Very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great experience! Will be back again soon!

Penthouse 8 had the most amazing ocean, pool and courtyard views ever! The owners were great to communicate with and the "check in" process was the best ever...we followed the instructions and walked into our penthouse without having to talk with anyone. A great experience from start to finish!! We will be back.

Wonderful property at a great location. Beachfront with multiple pools and pool bar/grille. Nearby to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better family location.
